Rat Eugene Mobley passes schoolbus with flashing red lights to hit student breaking her leg.
ALBANY, N.Y. -- Police said a driver ignores a bus's red lights and hit an 11-year-old girl getting off her bus.
Eugene Mobley, 36 of Albany, was driving on the 300 block of Livingston Avenue on Friday when he allegedly ran through the red lights on a stopped school bus.
Police said Mobley hit the girl as she was crossing the street.
The girl was sent to Albany Medical Center with a broken leg.
Mobley was arrested and charged with reckless assault, driving with a suspended license, and was cited for passing a stopped school bus.
